Sheasham Investments engineer Takunda Togara has said his company would ensure timeous development of Mkoba 21 and Randolph Phase 1 residential projects to ensure decent accommodation for beneficiaries.
Speaking at the commissioning of GIS equipment worth US $50 000 donated to the City of Gweru, Togara said the technology equipment would be used to enhance service delivery at the local authority.

“As Sheasham Investments we are grateful for the honour of being successful in partnering with GCC in the development of residential schemes for Randolph Phase 1 and Mkoba 21.”
Togara added:” As part of the contractual obligations we have procured information technology systems as part of the US$ 60 000 to settle the administration fees for the two projects.”

He applauded council for entrusting his company in the partnership which he said would “provide decent accommodation for most of the locals improving their lifestyle.”
