The Two Keys T20 Tournament hosted at Gweru Sports Club has reached its midpoint with the finals scheduled to take place in Kwekwe on the 13th of April.
The tournament featuring seven teams from the region has some thrilling matches, with Brendon Mavhuto from Redcliff emerging as a standout player.
Brendon Mavhuto from Redcliff, has dazzled spectators with his exceptional skills on the field.
Mavhuto’s remarkable performances have not only earned him the title of the tournament’s most valuable player but also a cash prize of $50 for his outstanding contributions in the early matches.
The tournament has seen fierce competition, with Gweru Cricket Club facing off against Cricket Club in a thrilling encounter. Gweru Cricket Club emerged victorious, winning by 37 runs, much to the delight of their home crowd.

In another exciting clash, Redcliff Cricket Club took on Kwekwe Cricket Club.

The Hawks Cricket Club also made headlines with a stunning performance against Netcool Club, winning by 10 wickets.

In an exclusive interview, Gweru Cricket Club official, Mr. Kennedy Banda, expressed his enthusiasm for the tournament.
“I am shocked to see the level of competition and skill on display in this tournament, the teams are giving it their best and it’s fantastic to see the passion and dedication of the players I have to give a special shout-out to Brendon Mavhuto his performance have been nothing short of phenomena”
The way he is been dominating on the field, scoring runs and taking wickets it has been a joy to watch.
