Sheasham built its foundation as a property developing firm but soon moved from the “seemingly” conventional property developer who is into servicing commercial and residential stands into more large-scale construction projects and hiring out of earth moving equipment.
The application of its expertise into a range of products opened doors for Sheasham to encompass new challenges that include all forms of construction such as highway and dam construction as well as becoming a player in the Tourism and Hospitality sector.
The company was formed primarily to partner land owners who require the services of Project Managers, Consultants and Contractors to enable their housing projects to come to fruition.
By specializing in the servicing, marketing and selling of new residential stands, undeveloped land and providing commercial investment opportunities.
It has created a staff compliment of accomplished, dedicated personnel, that are supported by innovative programs, tools and management who continually strive to provide top quality services in their diverse strategic backgrounds.
The company acquires and develops quality properties based on realistic values for its own investment affiliates, as well as its joint venture partners.
Once properties are acquired or developed, the company will provide the necessary supporting services, skills and systems to maintain each property to the highest standards.
Sheasham investments currently has 8 running projects in 4 towns that is Gweru, Kwekwe, Shurugwi and Chipinge.
The majority of the projects are currently in the Midlands province and Gweru has a host of many running projects which include New Christmas Gift, Claremont Park and its Extensions, Paradise Park and Little Eden.
In scenic Shurugwi, Sheasham is developing Shurugwi Heights and also developing Impali source Hills in partnership with Shurugwi Town Council.

1)PARADISE PARK – GWERU
The project is a high-density residential development project with 420 stands with areas of 200m2 and above with a total road length of approximately 3 680m. Internal water and sewer have been completed. Roads have been graveled. The 3km offsite water mains connection has been completed and council has approved the servicing of stands with a certificate of compliance having been issued. The project was completed in 5 months.
2) Lot 9 of New Christmas Gift near Northlea – Gweru
The project has 24 plots and servicing is complete. Council has approved the servicing of the project. The project was completed in 3 months.
3) CLAREMONT PARK – GWERU
The project is located next to Ascot Secondary school. The project has 666 high density stands and it has been given a certificate of compliance by the City Council of Gweru for water and sewer reticulation. Graveling of roads is now complete. The project took 16 months to complete.
4) CLAREMONT PARK EXTENSION – GWERU
The project is a high-density residential development project with 110 stands. Water and sewer reticulation have been completed and roads have been graveled. The work was completed in 2 months.
5) LITTLE EDEN – GWERU
The project is a low-density residential scheme which has 265 stands with areas of 1000 and above. Internal water and sewer reticulation have been completed. Roads have been graveled and tarring of these roads will be completed by end of year. Little Eden is situated 7km from the CBD along Gweru –Bulawayo highway.
6) IMPALI HOUSING SCHEME – SHURUGWI
The project is a medium density residential scheme which has 400 stands with areas of 400 and above. Internal water reticulation is in progress and roads have been completed. Impali Source Housing Development is located in Shurugwi, close to Unki residential scheme.
7) SHURUGWI HEIGHTS – SHURUGWI
The project is a low, medium to high density residential development project with 1 300 stands with areas of 450-700m2 for medium density (320 stands), 1000-2000m2 for low density stands and 280 stands for high density stands. Servicing started in March 2015 and has been completed.
In Manicaland province, Chipinge town Sheasham is developing USANGA EXTENSION
The project is a low-density residential scheme which has 179 stands with areas of 1000 – 3400 with an internal road network of 3600m. Internal water and sewer reticulation are in progress.
Has a full complement of construction and earth moving equipment needed for road construction up to tarring of roads.
Sheasham construction has been contracted by local authorities to refurbish some of their major roads.
