Notice is hereby given in terms of section 40(3) of the Regional, Town and Country Planning Act(Chapter (29:12) of an application to subdivide Tokwe 21 into 3 lots Comprising of a Convention Center measuring 19, 0607 hectares , Secondary School measuring 20, 5893 hectares and(Remainder) Agricultural measuring 41, 2511 hectares.
The property is situated 45 Km to the West of Tongogara Growth Point in Shurugwi District. The Convention Center and Secondary School proposals materially vary the general outlook of the area. The property is bound by Plot Number 16 to the North West Plot Number 17 to the North, Plot 20 to the North East and Plot No 22 South Western direction.

In terms of Section 40(3) of the Act, the local Planning Authority is obliged to give public Notice of the application and serve all Notice on all adjacent property owners.
Any person(s) wishing to make an objection or representations relating to the application may lodge them in writing with the undersigned not later than one month from the first insertion of this notice.
