NOTICE IN TERMS OF SECTION 40 (3) OF THE ACT
Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 40 (3) of the Regional, Town and Country Planning Act ( Chapter 29:12) of an application for the Consolidation and Subsequent Subdivision of lot 1 and the Remainder of Sports Ground of Dunning of Laings Syndicate Block Belingwe District measuring 4.1122 hectares into residential and ancillary uses as follows:
o Low Density Residential ×13
o Church (Existing)×1
o Club House (Existing) ×1
o Clinic (Existing) ×1
o Old People’s Home ×1
The Conditions in the respective Title Deeds restrict the use of Lot 1 to religious purpose whilst the Remainder of Sports Ground of Dunning of Laings Syndicate Block restrict the use of the Sports Club. The proposals seek to vary materially the general outlook of the area by altering the conditions spelt out in the respective Title Deeds. The Properties are bound by stands 90 to 96 to the North, Secondary School to the south, stand 99 to the south west and 12m roads to the east and west.

In terms of Section 40 (3) of the Act, the Local Planning Authority is obliged to give Public Notice of the application and serve notice on all adjacent property owners.
Any person (s) wishing to make objections or representations relating to the application may lodge them in writing with the undersigned not later than one month from the date of the first insertion of this notice.
