ALL persons having claims against the above-named estate are required to lodge them in detail with the undersigned within 30 days from the date of publication of this notice, and those indebted thereto are required to pay to the undersigned the amounts due by them within the same period, failing which legal proceedings will be taken for the recovery thereof.
All persons having in their custody or possession any property belonging or relating to this estate are required to deliver the same forthwith to the undersigned.
