IN the estate of the late Tsungai Mashavakure (DRGWE 516/24) of 164 Mataga Growth Point, Mberengwa who died at Gweru on the 17th day of April 2009.
ALL persons having claims against the above named estate are required to lodge them in detail with the undersigned not later than the (3) day of and those indebted thereto are required to pay to the undersigned the amounts due by them within the same period, failing which legal proceedings will be taken for the recovery thereof.
All persons having in their custody or possession any property belonging or relating to this estate are required to deliver the same forthwith to the undersigned
