NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A COPY OF LOST DEED OF TRANSFER- 1659/2004

NOTICE is hereby give/n that we intend to apply for a certified copy of:-

Deed of Transfer No. 1659/2004 dated 28th of May 2004 made in favour of Farai Manyena whereby:

1. Certain piece of land situate in the district of Gwelo being Stand 3294 Gweru Township of Stand 1197A Gwelo Township measuring 2 740 square metres
2. Certain piece of land situate in the district of Gwelo being stand 3295 Gweru Township of Stand 1197A Gwelo Township measuring 2 700 square metres was conveyed.

ALL persons having any objections to, or wishing to make any representations, in connection with the issue of such copies are hereby required to lodge the same in writing at the Deeds Registry, Bulawayo within fourteen days from the date of publication of this notice.
