NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION TO CHANGE THE USE OF PROPERTY IN TERMS OF SECTION 26(3) OF THE ACT
Notice is hereby given in terms of section 26(3) of the act, of an application to change the use of Plot 166, Raylands Gweru from mixed-density residential to commercial (Wholesale)
This proposal seeks to develop wholesale on the above-mentioned plots which are opposite the existing shopping centre.
Wholesale can be developed through the special consideration of the local authority.
Details of the application and site plan can be inspected at the address below during working hours.
In terms of section 26(3) of the Act, the local authority is obliged to give public Notice of the intention to grant permission of use.
Any person wishing to lodge objections or make representations to the application must submit them,in writing to the Chief Executive Officer within 30 days from the date of the first insertion of this notice.
