NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION TO CHANGE THE USE OF PROPERTY IN TERMS OF SECTION 26(3) OF THE ACT
Notice is hereby given, in terms of Section 26(3) of the Act, of an application to change the use of buildings on 215 LITTLE EDEN from single family dweling to cluster housing
The proposal seeks to develop two blocks of cluster houses on the above referred stand.
Details of the application and site plan can be inspected at the address below during working hours. In terms of Section26 (3) of the Act, the local authority is obliged to give public Notice of the intention to grant permission of change of use.
Any person wishing to lodge objections or make representations to the application must submit them, in writing to the Chief Executive Officer within 30 days from the date of the first insertion of this notice.
