NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION TO CHANGE THE USE OF PROPERTY IN TERMS OF SECTION 26(3) OF THE ACT

Notice is hereby given, in tems of Section 26(3) of the Act, of an application to change the use of buildings on SUBDIVISION B OF GWELO SMALL HOLDING 29 from residential agricultural use to institutional (Creche) use.

The proposal seeks to change use of an existing residential house to an ECD center.

In terms of Section 26(3) of the Act, the Local Authority is obliged to give public Notice of the intention to grant permission of use

Any person wishing to lodge objections or make representations to the application must submit them, in writing to the Chief Executive Officer within 30 days from the date of the first insertion of this notice.
