NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION FOR CHANGE OF USE IN TERMS OF SECTION 26(3) OF THE ACT
Notice is hereby given of an application to carry out the following development on Lot 30 Block C Christmas Gift being Number 30 Jacaranda Road Clonsilla, Gweru.
It is proposed to establish a Show Room and offices on the above mentioned property. The Stand is in the Residential Zone in terms of the Operative City of Gweru Master Plan wherein the establishment of a Show Room and Offices may be permitted through the Special Consent of the Local Authority.
The application plans and any special conditions which the Local Planning Authority is likely to Impose, In the event that this application being favourably considered may be Inspected in the City Planning and Development Control Section during normal office hours.
Any person wishing to make objections or representations relating to the application must lodge them with the undersigned within one month of the date of the first insertion of this notice.
