NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION FOR CHANGE OF USE IN TERMS OF SECTION 26(3) OF THE ACT
Notice is hereby given of an application to carry out the following development on portion of Open Space opposite Stand 4595 Mkoba Village 9 and on portion of the buffer strip separating Chidanana Road and the developed Mkoba 16 Commercial Centre.
It is proposed to establish Netone Network Masts (Base stations) on the above mentioned properties. The portions of land under consideration are zoned Open Space and buffer strip (respectively) in terms of approved Layout Plans wherein establishment of Network Masts may be permitted through the Special Consideration of the Local Authority.
The application plans and any special conditions which the Local Planning Authority is likely to impose, in the event that this application being favourably considered may be inspected in the City Planning and Development Control Section during normal office hours.
Any person wishing to make objections or representations relating to the application must lodge them with the undersigned within one month of the first insertion of this notice.
