CHAPTER 29:12
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in terms of Section 40 (3) of the Regional Town and Country Planning Act (Chapter 29:12) that an application to carry out the following has been lodged with the undersigned.
It is proposed to subdivide Stand 62 Brackenhurst Township of Christmas Gift Extension into the following uses:
• Prosed Subdivision 1 of Stand 62 Brackenhurst measur ing 8097,26 m shall be used for Truck-Stop business.
• The proposed Remainder measuring 10186,09 m shall be used for residential agriculture purposes.
Stand 62 Brackenhurst is within Small Holding Densification Zone (R3B) in terms of the City of Gweru Master Plan. Establishemnt of the proposed Truck-Stop requires the Special Consideration of the Local Planning Authority.
The application plans and any special conditions which the Local planning Authority is likely to impose, in the event that this application being favourably considered may be inspected in the City Planning and Development Control Section during normal office hours.
Any person wishing to make objections or representations relating to the application must lodge them with the undersigned within one month of the date of the first insertion of this notice.
