Notice of an application for a permit in terms of Section 26(3) of the Act:
Notice is hereby given of an application to carry out the following development on a PORTION OF LOT 74 OF SUBDIVISION H1 OF UMSUNGWE BLOCK: GWELO
- It is proposed to alter the use of land from Licensed Residential/Recreational Use to Commercial Use on a Portion of the above mentioned property which is situated in Vungu Rural District Council’s area jurisdiction wherein the proposal requires special consent of the Local Planning Authority.
- According to the Act, the application is required to be advertised and owners of the adjacent properties notified in writing before being considered by the Local Planning Authority.
The application and plans and any special conditions which the Authority is likely to impose in the event of this application being favourably considered may be inspected at the address below during normal office hours.
Any persons wishing to make objections and or representations relating to the application must lodge them with the undersigned within one month of the date of insertion of this notice.
