As the Midlands Region prepares to shine a spotlight on its most talented artists, the anticipation is palpable. The Midlands Royalty Arts Awards 2025 is set to celebrate the resilience and creativity of local artists who have overcome challenges to bring their unique perspectives to the forefront.
Running under the theme “Resilience in Art,” the awards aim to spotlight creatives who have demonstrated excellence, innovation, and determination through their work.
This year’s awards feature a wide range of categories, grouped under Music, Dance, Modeling, Literary, and Visual Arts.
From outstanding male and female musicians to exceptional poets, dancers, models, and comedians, the MRAA continues to grow as a platform that recognizes and uplifts diverse art forms.
Artists are encouraged to submit their work created between January 1, 2024, and October 23, 2025.
Speaking to this reporter, the Communications personnel for MRRA George Malcolm B Vhudzi stated that as MRRA, they are promising an unforgettable experience to both artists and people who are coming to support the event.
