NOTICE is hereby given that an application will be made to the Registrar of Deeds, Bulawayo for the Issue of a certified copy of Deed of Transfer 771/2000 dated 24th February 2000 made in favour of ELIAS MAPANGA MADZINGA whereby certain piece of land situate in the district of Gwelo called AN UNDIVIDED ONE HALF SHARE IN STAND 897 GWELO TOWNSHIP OF GWELO TOWNSHIP LANDS, measuring 2 163 square metres, was conveyed.
ALL persons having any objections to the issue of such copy are hereby required to lodge same, in writing, with the Registrar of Deeds at Bulawayo within fourteen(14) days from the date of publication of this notice.
