CHAPTER (29;12)
NOTICE IN TERMS OF SECTION 40 (3) OF THE ACT
Notice is hereby given in terms of section 40 (3) of the Regional Town and Country Planning Act, Chapter 29:12 that an application to Subdivide The Remainder of Sunbury Estate 35 km from Gweru and east of Gweru-Kwekwe State road, between Connemara Prison and Mlezu farm has been lodged with the undersigned. It is proposed to create:
a) Agricultural Smallholdings measuring plus or minus 10 hectares each
b) Agricultural Smallholdings measuring plus or minus 20 hectares each
c) 3 Commercial Centers with 14 Stands
d) 1 Church
e) 1 Market
f) 1 Dam
g) The remainder measuring 210.2178 hectares
Because the proposals materially change the character of the surrounding are in terms of property sizes in terms of Section 40 (3) of the Act, The Minister of Local Government and Public Works is required to give notice of this intention to consent to the material alteration to the character of the area brought about by the proposals.
The application and plans maybe inspected at the address given below during normal office working hours.
Any person wishing to make objections or representations relating to the application may lodge them with the undersigned not later than 30 Days from the insertion of the first notice
