Immense Pressure tackles FC Platinum
Immense pressure has now tackled the Zvishavane based miners FC Platinum as they are undergoing on a pre-training program which includes a three week training camp in the city of Kings and Queens (Bulawayo). The team is expected to play a number of friendly matches of which the club has already invited some teams that are involved in the continental football. For the Platinum miners there is too much to be cleared on the table in a short space of time as they are going to clash against Club Desportivo de Agosto of Angola scheduled on the 9th to the 11th of February and they will proceed to lock horns with either African side Bidvest Wits or Mauritius Champions.
The Platinum miners are expected to be back in Zvishavane on Monday after the player’s long break. Club spokesperson Chido Chizondo said they are still liasing with teams that are willing to play friendly matches with them.”During our period in Bulawayo the team will be playing some friendly with other clubs both foreign and local clubs, ”said Chizondo. Meanwhile there is hope that the players will be ready by the time they travel to Angola as it was reinforced by FC Platinum Assistant coach Lizwe Sweswe. ”I believe that the boys will be ready by the time they travel to Angola and I urge them to work very hard.
