Fast-food chain Chicken Slice has reopened its Park Street outlet in Gweru following a major refurbishment program aimed at enhancing the customer experience and expanding family-friendly facilities.
The reopening marks the completion of an upgrade project that saw the company temporarily relocate operations to a mobile kitchen while renovations were underway.
The revamped outlet now offers more dining space, a state-of-the-art children’s play center, and improved customer facilities for families and groups.
Speaking to this publication, Slice Group Marketing Manager Brenda P. Darare said the investment reflects the company’s commitment to improving the customer process, and we appreciate their loyalty.
“We are excited to welcome our customers back to a bigger and better Chicken Slice Park Street branch. We listened to our customers and invested in creating a more comfortable dining environment with additional space and a modern children’s play area where families can relax while enjoying their meals,” she said.
Darare said the company had introduced special promotions to celebrate the reopening and thank customers for their continued support during the refurbishment period.
“Our customers have stood by us throughout the renovation from Chicken Slice,” she said.
Customers who buy any bucket will receive a free Pepsi, while those who purchase a pizza will get a free two-liter Pepsi.
