APPLICATION FOR CANCELLATION OF MORTAGAGE BOND
Notice is hereby given that application will be made for the cancellation of mortgage bond No. 251/2013 passed on the 4th July 2013 by CLAUDIUS WILLIAM MAKOVA (born on 9th April 1945) in favour of CBZ, hypothecating certain piece of land in extend 4504 square meters being STAND 6283 KWEKWE TOWNSHIP OF STAND 2274 QUE QUE TOWNSHIP situated in the district of Que Que;
All persons claiming to have any right or title in or to the said bond, which is lost, are hereby required to lodge their objectives or representations, in writing, at the Deeds Registries Offices, Bulawayo, within 14 days from the date of this notice.
