This scholarship is more than just financial support but it is a commitment to our players’ future. We want to ensure they have the educational foundation to excel in life alongside their football ambitions.

As a club, we intend to expand the scholarship program annually allowing even more young footballers to benefit from this initiative. Together we can achieve great things.

This initiative by the club will fully fund their school fees from form one to six at Thornhill High School allowing the youngsters to pursue their education whilst continuing to develop their football skills.

The scholarship awardees include Lovemore Mashonganyika, Joseph Ndlazi, Ide Mhuka, Gainmore Magadzire, Michael Mhuri, Anashe Mudzanga, Ashley Mudzanga, Ashley Tandara, Lovemore Howa, Nathan Mvere, Tanaka Maoneke and Tawananyasha Chipoyera.

“As women, we do not take sports seriously especially if your child is into it and my advice today to all women out there is please let support our kids in everything they do be it school or sports.”

Another parent Felix Mvere father of Nathan Mvere said it is a dream come true for him and his son and is grateful to the club for this initiative.
