HUMAN RESOURCES AND ADMIN MANAGER
A dynamic Fast Food company in Gweru seeks to recruit a suitable candidate for the position of Human Resources and Admin Manager. The Manager will lead and direct the Human Resources Management and Admin function of the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Establish and manage the organization’s HR department and its roles.
Develop and manage all HR related policies.
Perform all HR functions.
GENERAL ADMIN OPERATIONS
- Manage all daily administrative operations of the organization and assist all units in resolving problems related to the day to day operations
- Organize, assign and supervise the work of administrative support staff
- Oversee the management of office supplies and stationery and ensure replenishment
- Ensure the administrative office procedures and established standards are adhered to and maintained in all aspects of work
- Manage the administrative requirements for the repair and maintenance of office and computer equipment
- Ensure that administrative and human resources procedures follow principles of good governance while ensuring speedy delivery of services in the context of an emergency operations organisation
- Assisting in managing the companies’ facilities, including premises and equipment, fixed assets inventory, insurance and office renovations where necessary.
A qualification in HRM or relevant field
At least 5years working experience in the fast foods, hospitality or related field
