NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A COPY OF LOST DEED OF TRANSFER AND MORTGAGE BOND

NOTICE is hereby given that we intend to apply for a certified copy of lost deed and cancellation of lost mortgage bond of the following:-

1. Deed of Transfer No. 241/2006 dated 27 January 2006 made in favour of Ndakadyei Guzha (born on 25 January 1965) whereby Certain piece of Land situate in the district of Gwelo being Stand 2929 Ascot Township of Ascot Estate in Extent 205 square metres was conveyed.
2. Mortgage Bond No. 134/2006 in favour of CABS for the sum of ZW$61 500-00 plus additional sum of ZW$153 500-00 dated the 27 January 2006 passed by Ndakadyei Guzha (born on 25th January 1965).

ALL persons having any objections to, or wishing to make any representations, in connection with the issue of such copies are hereby required to lodge the same in writing at the Deeds Registry, Bulawayo within fourteen (14) days from the date of publication of this notice.
