Gweru based high flying lawyer Takashinga Pamacheche has scooped the prestigious Red Lipstick Business Achievers Award (RLBAA) for being Brainy in Business.
Ms Pamacheche received the award at a colourful ceremony held in Harare recently to celebrate women’s achievements in business.
A lawyer and a managing partner with Gundu, Dube and Pamacheche Legal Practitioners, was recognized for her accomplishment in the legal fraternity, as well as successful management of the law firm, which is currently the largest in the Midlands province.
She was one of the 29 recipients of the awards which marked International Women’s Day that celebrates the achievements of women in the economic, political, cultural and social spheres.
The attributes stipulated on the Brainy Award presented to her are being intellectual, smart, unintimidated by workload, a team player, organized and effectively getting tasks completed.
The RLBAA is held annually in recognition of women who have made remarkable accomplishment in business at national level.

The Red Lipstick Revolution is the brain child of the renowned business woman Dr Abigail Magwenzi, who is a pastor, life coach and a mentor.
Speaking at the awards ceremony Dr Magwenzi recognized men for supporting and partnering with women.
“Men have been pillars of the organization through the training, agricultural and mining opportunities being granted to women.
“I want to encourage those who have won the awards to continue with the good work and be extra ordinary as well as build bridges between women in Zimbabwe and those who are in the diaspora,” she said.
